Are you ready to manifest your dream vision for 2025? Join MARKANNA Wellness and SODO Creations at SODO Creations Event Center on December 8th from 1 – 4 pm for our vision board workshop and sound bath meditation filled with inspiration, creativity and intention setting for the new year! Whether you’re visualizing personal growth, career goals or new adventures, we will guide you through the process and provide supplies to create your dream vision board. You are welcome to bring any additional materials you’d like to use such as magazines, markers, scissors, etc.

We will incorporate the intentions and goals we’ve set for 2025 into the sound bath meditation to help you fully integrate your vision into your conscious and subconscious minds. Please bring a yoga mat, pillow and blanket for the sound bath and wear comfortable clothing for the best experience. A sound bath is a deeply immersive full body listening experience using crystal singing bowls, chimes and other instruments to invite gentle yet powerful therapeutic and restorative processes to nurture your mind and body. You’ll leave feeling focused, energized and rejuvenated to have a great new year ahead!
