Environmental Stewardship Workday

Join us as we partner with the City of East Lansing's Environmental Stewardship Program to both learn more about invasive plants in our landscapes and get our hands dirty as we remove buckthorn. Youth are welcome to register and participate!

Snacks, water, as well as any necessary gear or tools will be provided. The City of East Lansing will cancel the event if the weather is poor - we will send out an email if this happens, but it may be the day before or morning of. Thank you for your patience!

This event is part of a larger series, "Nkwejong Landscapes: Indigenous Stories of People and Place.” This series formed out of a partnership between Allen Neighborhood Center and the Indigenous Youth Empowerment Program.
