Aim

This workshop will equip leaders with a human centred, adaptative approach to leading

change, strengthening their understanding of behaviours during change, how to communicate effectively, navigate resistance and sustain momentum.

Objectives

The workshop will support you to:

· Deepen leadership capability by strengthening confidence to lead people through change with empathy and clarity.

· Bridge the gap between organisational change strategy

· and everyday team experience through practical, people-led approaches.

· Strengthen leaders’ self-awareness and adaptability enabling their understanding of their responses to change and to lead with clarity, values and intention.

· Develop a culture of curiosity, inclusion, and shared ownership by involving others in shaping and sustaining change.

· Foster peer learning and experimentation, encouraging leaders to co-create solutions and share live challenges.

· Reinforce and embed previous leadership development through reflective practice, design thinking, and real-world application.
