About this Event
Envinate started as a group of viticulture and oenology students who became friends while studying all things wine. They began consulting to producers across Spain and soon came across abandoned vineyard sites that were once exceptional. They could not resist the temptation to take ownership and control of some of these sites and return them to their former glory. As such, today the Envitate project is spread mainly across Galicia (particularly Ribeira Sacra) and Tenerife (Canary Islands). The wines are as exciting as they are progressive and are fantastic examples of translating authentic vineyard expression through wine. We’re really excited for this one and hope that you can make it along. It’s Envinate’s first ever trip to Australia and a great chance to pick the brains behind one of Spain’s most exciting wine projects in decades.
