About this Event

This 2 hour course will give attendees the skills they need to create their own envelopes and accompanying stamps! The workshop will be taught by Sarah Plummer.

Sarah Plummer is a collaborative printer and maker, lately of Australia and more recently of California. She was raised in Sydney and moved to the USA to pursue a Bachelor of Fine Arts (Printmaking) at Rhode Island School of Design before attending Tamarind Institute’s Professional Printer Training Program for collaborative lithography. Sarah is captivated by the alchemic expanse of lithography and loves things that seem impossible. She finds the opportunity to bring well-honored, innovative approaches to artists and their work as one of the greatest pleasures.

Sarah is currently living on unceded Tongva/Gabrielino land—in Los Angeles. She has most recently printed fine-art lithographs at Gemini G.E.L. for the Metropolitan Museum of Art’s 150th anniversary.
