Tia Hunnicutt is the Broker and Founder of Proxima Realty, a boutique Brokerage that nurtures buyers and sellers in her old hometown of San Francisco, her new hometown of Oakland (30 years), and much of the East Bay, South Bay, and San Joaquin County. Her specialties include residential, rehab, renovation, and multi-family investment property sales. She is one of Realogy’s Top 1000 in the nation in sales volume and had the honor of serving as the past president and MLS Chair of her local association as well as the current MLS Vice-Chair and past Executive Committee member and Regional Chair at the state level.
