The theme for this meetup is Individuation - A Journey through the Jungian Path of Wholeness
Individuation, in Carl Jung’s psychology, is the process of becoming fully yourself—integrating all the parts of your psyche into a unified, authentic whole.
This journey begins with the Clean-Up stage—bringing the unconscious into consciousness. Without this step, the unexamined parts of our psyche—our wounds, projections, and shadow patterns—continue to shape our lives from the background.
Through this process, we meet the deeper layers of the psyche:
The Persona – the mask we show the world
The Shadow – the denied or repressed aspects of ourselves (personal & collective)
The Anima/Animus – the inner feminine and masculine energies
The Self – the central archetype of wholeness and integration
Cleaning Up in Jungian terms means:
Facing the Shadow and reclaiming what was disowned.
Healing from outdated patterns, compulsions, and inherited conditioning.
Integrating wounded parts so they no longer sabotage or fragment us.
Only by Cleaning Up can we truly embark on Growing Up (maturing psychologically) and Waking Up (spiritual awakening).
Individuation is the thread that weaves these together—transforming the unconscious into an ally, not an adversary.
