About this Event
Hop to Eataly Chicago for this fun and unique class as our Chef of La Scuola demonstrates how to make Pastiera Salata, known as “Easter Pizza” in many Italian-American homes. Pastiera Salata was born in Naples Italy and is enjoyed by many during the Easter celebration.
Joining our Chef, is our Wine Specialist and Brand Ambassador as they will introduce you to great wines and cheeses to round out an easy to prepare Easter brunch or light luncheon any day of the year. To complete the class, guests will also enjoy a piece of our Colomba.
Additional information:
• This is a cooking demonstration, not a hands-on class.
• During class, guests receive a glass of prosecco, three Italian cheeses, two Italian wines, a slice of Pastiera Salata and a tasting of Colomba. N/A beverages are available in place of prosecco/wine if requested.
• All guests planning to consume alcohol must be able to produce valid government-issued identification to prove they are 21 or older.
