You are warmly invited to join an 8-week journey of mindfulness, Heart connection, and Tea exploration, beginning Sunday, September 7th. We will gather at my home, creating a safe and nurturing space to explore the Way of Tea, grounded in compassion and community practice.
The Cohort Journey:
-Foundations of a personal Tea Practice
-Contemplative Tea Ceremony
-How to hold Space from your Somatic Heart
-How to serve Tea from the Heart of Compassion
Basic Logistics:
-At my home in Gunbarrel
-Limited to 8 participants in person
