About your guide:

Haley is a seeker, teacher, and student of life.

She works closely with the HeartMath Institute to bring revolutionary teachings on the mind-body connection to youth in her community. She teaches a curriculum she crafted that involves meditation and other self-development principles to high schoolers in Colorado Springs. To her, the heart is the key to transformation!

She has been a long time student of Dr. Joe Dispenza and has had the privelge of participating in many of his workshops, where she developed a deep understanding of brain heart coherence and had many life-changing experiences in meditation. This launched her onto a path of guiding youth and her larger community to transformation using science-backed tools and knowledge gathered from her experiences. On July 11th, she will be bringing that to YOU!

Whats the event all about?

At this event, we will be learning about the significance of the heart in our biology, emotions, and even larger spiritual connection. You will also get the chance to play with advanced technology to meaure the coherence level of your heart and practice changing it.

At the end of the event, Haley will be guiding us in a heart opening meditation.
