COVID 19 Update:

We will follow all CDC and local health department recommendations. The health and safety of our attendees, speakers, exhibitors, and their families is of the utmost importance to us. Therefore, we are requiring all participants in the ENT in the Desert to be fully vaccinated and show proof of vaccination when they pick up their registration badge.

At the conference, the Loews hotel staff will provide enhanced cleaning of all guest suites and meeting rooms. Masks are to be worn in the meeting rooms and exhibit halls at all times except when eating or drinking, or when actively speaking on the podium. Participants who exhibit signs or symptoms of COVID anytime in the 10 days prior to the meeting will be asked not to attend; full refunds will be given.
