Ensemble Du Jour is a vibrant clarinet, violin, and piano trio comprising of Michael Tran, Hee Yeon Kim, and Ryan Senger. Founded in 2023, the group met performing with the Civic Orchestra of Chicago. Ensemble Du Jour is known for its diverse repertoire and commitment to showcasing commissioned works. With a focus on community engagement, the group has performed in various settings, including in the Chicago Park District series. The trio brings a wealth of expertise to each performance, offering
audiences an enriching musical experience. Ensemble Du Jour derives its name from their ethos of embracing whatever music they feel inspired by on any given day, ensuring that each performance reflects their genuine musical convictions.
