ENPC-Trauma Nursing Core Course- Virtual Course

• Future course dates are dependent on instructor availability.
• We cannot guarantee that a future course will be scheduled within your preferred timeframe or on dates that fit your availability.

Disclosure:
Day 1 is scheduled from 0800–1700. Day 2 will continue until testing is completed, which is typically by 1500. Please note that all registration fees are non-refundable.

Pre-Course Preparation:
Upon registration, you will receive detailed course preparation instructions. Several hours of mandatory pre-course work must be completed prior to attending the course. Failure to complete the required pre-course assignments before class will result in denial of admittance to the course.

In-Person Course Requirements:
Please wear loose, comfortable clothing. During the course, you will participate in hands-on skills activities that may require kneeling, bending, standing, and lifting. If you have any physical limitations or medical conditions that could affect your participation, please inform an instructor upon arrival. Instructors will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your needs within the course completion requirements.

Virtual Course Requirements:
Full attendance is required to receive course credit. Participants must keep their cameras on throughout the course and actively engage in discussions to demonstrate understanding of the course material. Virtual sessions will be conducted via Zoom. A meeting link will be emailed prior to the first day of class.

Successful Course Completion:
To successfully complete the course, participants must:

• Attend the entire course
• Pass the TNP skills evaluation with a score of 70% or higher
• Successfully complete all required critical skills items

Missing any single-starred or double-starred critical item will result in automatic failure of the skills evaluation.

Once the didactic and skills portions of the course are successfully completed, participants will receive access to the written examination. You will have 7 days and 2 attempts to achieve a passing score. Additional details regarding the written exam will be provided during the didactic portion of the course.
