This workshop is an introduction to the Enneagram as a tool for self-awareness, personal growth, and deeper understanding of others. Through a blend of presentation, interactive discussion, and reflective exercises, participants will explore the core archetypal patterns associated with each Enneagram type, including common motivations, fears, behavioral tendencies, and relational dynamics.

The goal of the workshop is for participants to leave with greater clarity about which aspects of their thinking and behavior are supporting the life they want to live, and which patterns may be unintentionally limiting them. Participants will also gain a deeper understanding of the perspectives and inner worlds of others — especially partners, friends, family members, and coworkers — helping cultivate greater empathy, communication, and compassion in relationships
