ENM Montreal Monthly Meetup - June 2026

Join us for an open, thoughtful round-table discussion about all things ethical non-monogamy (ENM) and polyamory — and help support our local restaurant while you’re here! Note that our meetings are conducted in English, mais tout le monde est bienvenu!

What We’re About
Ethical non-monogamy is an umbrella term for relationships in which all partners have the knowledge and consent of everyone involved. It includes Polyamory, swinging, and many other forms.A discussion-focused space for people who are:
- Practicing or curious about ethical non-monogamy or polyamory
- Seeking to share experiences, exchange perspectives, and learn from others
- Interested in building community based on honesty, respect, and communication

What We’re Not About
To keep our space safe and comfortable for everyone:
- This group is not a dating or hookup space
- It’s not for seeking casual sex, FWB, or partners
- Conversations and interactions should remain respectful, and consent-based

Discussion Guidelines
- The facilitator is not a therapist, counselor, or expert.
- The facilitator helps create a respectful and supportive discussion space.
- Share as much or as little as you wish.
- The group listens to understand, not to fix.
- The facilitator may invite quieter participants to share, without pressure.
- If emotions run high, the facilitator may acknowledge and refocus the discussion, and invite follow-up after the meeting.
- What is shared in the group stays in the group.

Where
You’ll find us on the lower level of Resto Végo, to the right side near the coolers and restroom area. Look for the signage with the ENM Montreal logo.

At our monthly meetings, on the first Saturday of the month, we make every effort to ensure that the atmosphere remains pleasant and respectful. In any personal interactions with follow group members, please ensure you have clear consent and respect each other’s limits, including if/when consent is withdrawn. It can be challenging for some to assert their boundaries and we should look out for each other. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
