Join us for a creative, inspiring, and heart-centered evening designed just for teens ages 14–21 who are curious about personal growth, mindfulness, and intentionally shaping the future they want to experience.

This is not just an art project — it’s a guided journey into your values, dreams, wellbeing, and purpose. Through meditation, reflection, conversation, and creative expression, you’ll design a powerful visual map for the year ahead — one that reflects who you truly are becoming.

Program Overview Conscious Nona is hosting this event, facilitated by our Non-Profit Board of Directors and local Wellness Experts. Our monthly teen meet-up aims to foster self-awareness and support authentic expression and connection. Participants will learn holistic tools to manage stress and anxiety while enhancing intuition, body connection, confidence, and emotional intelligence.

Target Audience: Teens aged 16-21 (younger teens close in age who are mature enough are welcome).
