Enlightened Artists Series Gala & Sale to Help house at Risk Youth Through Art

Come join us for a night of creativity and community at the FAR Center for Contemporary Arts! Our Enlightened Artists Series Gala & Silent Sale will feature stunning artwork from talented local Artist and Advocate Monique Proffitt, inspired by HAWK, a poem written by Vivian Ayers, this eternally expanding mural is made from journalistic portraits of the Casts of HAWKS that have created and mentored her artistic identity and abstract work.

50% of after tax commission will be donated to the following foundations housing and providing resources for at risk youth and youth in foster care

There will be non-alcoholic refreshments provided along with live music and event tables,

Monique Proffitt will be in residence creating mural pieces and selling some special items at Walkover Sounds and Stones until October 13, 2025
