EnHIKEnment Women's Monthly Hiking Club - Eagle Rock

This hike offers two options.

1) Shorter beginner/intermediate hike. We will start in the Eagle Rock Parking lot and hike to the top. Round trip back to the parking lot is 2.7-3miles. There are uphill climbs and you will have those legs a burning right away, but otherwise a great hike if you are starting to build your hiking level!

2) Longer intermediate hike. We will start in the Eagle Rock Parking lot and hike to the top. Round trip back to the parking to waive good day to our shorter hike friends and then continue on for a full loop of 5.14miles ending back again in the Eagle Rock Parking lot.

At the top of Eagle Rock, each month we will do a difference mediation, pump up circle, prayer or health topic. We reach the top and we celebrate our health and the extrodinary women we are!

Come ready ladies we will start right at 7:30 am. Bring water and snacks as needed. If you have a camel-back or hiking backpack to carry water and snack it would be perfect to bring. If you don't no big deal, bring a water bottle you can carry and snacks that can fit in a light jacket pocket. Please be sure to eat a healthy snack 30 minutes prior to hike.
