Enhancing Compassionate Care @ End of Life

This 1-hour, 8-session in-service series invites us to come together as a caregiving community to share our experiences, build best practices, and deepen our understanding of end-of-life care. Each session offers practical tools and compassionate insights that support the emotional and meaningful work we do every day.

✔️ Recognizing Signs of Decline
✔️ Supporting Residents & Families
✔️ Culturally-Aware & Spiritually-Sensitive Care
✔️ Self-Care for Caregivers
✔️ Your Role in the Interdisciplinary Team

The cohort will meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1:30-2:30 beginning August 19. Must attend all sessions to receive certificate of completion, CEU's and gift card.
