Winner of the award for Best Film at Stockholm International Film Festival 2023 and FIPRESCI Prize Un Certain Regard at Cannes Film Festival 2023. The Settlers, which was picked as Chile's Oscars entry, is a western drama by Felipe Gálvez Haberle which explores the colonization of Chile and the ethnic cleansing of the Mapuche people.
The Settlers will be screened with English subtitles at Panora on Monday 13 May.
