British rescue will be onsite to provide medical cover with a paramedic and support medic.

1. Deadlift for reps - 320kg suits allowed. Cerberus deadlift bar for reps in 60 seconds.
2. Overhead medley - Log 130/Axle 140
75 seconds most implements in time allowed. You must start at first log and lift move to axle and lift ( one rep on log one rep on axle) repeat again till out of time.
3. Bag toss over 4m height 21/23/25/27/29 Bags placed in ascending weight at 4m from implement. Bags must be thrown in weight order. If a bag gets stuck on top it’s classed as over. Split times on bags as they hit the floor.
4. Sandbag medley 120/140/140kg From start point athletes run out to closest bag (5M) and shoulder the bag. Once given down signal drop and move to second (10m)bag, shoulder and wait for down signal. Move onto husafell bag at 15m point, bag will be sat on a small stand. Pick up bag and carry back towards start point ( first 15m run) At start point foot over line and return bag back to small stand to cover a distance of 30m total. Should you not make full distance a measurement will be taken.
5. Atlas stone run - 100/120/140/160/180 stones must be lifted in ascending weight order onto a tiered platform. First and highest platform is at a height of 5ft. Time finishes once last stone is settled on platform and hands off.
Should there be a tie on points we will use the standard countback system to resolve final placings.
2024 top ten will have secured spots but remainder are first come first served.
