Engineer Her Future 1.0 Conference 2026

“Engineer Her Future 1.0” will feature a keynote session, panel discussions, mentorship circles, and interactive workshops focused on career development, innovation, and leadership in engineering.

This special event also celebrates the 75th Anniversary of the Society of Women Engineers (SWE), a global movement that has spent decades breaking barriers and creating opportunities for women in engineering and STEM. Through this event, we aim to bring together high school students, university undergraduates, and professional women across STEM fields to foster mentorship, career growth, and meaningful industry connections.

We anticipate hosting over 150 participants and engaging leading voices across academia, industry, and the STEM community.
