For those working in trade associations, this often means engaging with Members who have decades of industry experience, established businesses, and very clear expectations of their representative bodies.

This best-practice clinic will explore how you can engage confidently and credibly with Members, make the most of their expertise, and make the most of generational and experience differences.

The session will be discussion-led, providing a safe space to share experiences, compare approaches, and learn what has worked well for peers across the sector.
