Energy....What the Heck is Everyone Talking About?

Are you curious about energy? Have you heard terms like chakras, Reiki, auras, energy medicine...and ever wondered what they meant and where they come from? Would you like to know if and how you uniquely sense energy?

In this class we will:

• Demystify and decode the language people use to describe energy and energy systems.
• Gain an understanding of what energy is
• Experience hands-on how to feel/sense energy

This class is hands-on and lots of fun! It is designed to give you practical experiences and practical knowledge so you can more deeply explore energy if you like.

Meet your teacher: Heidi Henyon

Heidi became fascinated with energy medicine more than 40 years ago. Twenty five years ago she left a successful corporate career to work full time with clients and teach energy healing. She is the author of ' A Guide to Sensing and Feeling Energy ', has studied many different energy disciplines and is now semi-retired enjoying sharing what she has had the joy of learning with others. Meet your host: Iris McCray

The class will be held in the new and beautiful JOY2B Sound Works Studio of Iris McCray who is working with Sound and Vibrations as a certified Sound Healer since 2019. Iris is best known for her elaborate monthly Sound Baths at the Workhouse Arts Center in Lorton VA and now offers a variety of very cool classes and events in her studio.
