Energy Work Philosopher's Ball

Energy work is at the heart of our practice. There are various forms and schools of energy work that folks can dive into. We will be discussing our own individual energy practices and learning from one another. Please come with an open and clear mind if possible, but we will have an energy clearing session before class.
As usual, we will be meeting in the octagonal library building outside of the UUCC. Doors open at 7PM, and we look forward to seeing you soon!
