• What is Interactive Energy Techniques (IET)
• How guided imagery affects the mind-body connection
• Setting personal intentions for the session

6:00 – 7:00 | Guided Imagery Session #1 (Inner Landscape)

• Facilitated visualization to access a “safe inner space”
• Identifying emotional or energetic blocks
• Light journaling or reflection afterward

7:05 – 8:00 | IET Energy Clearing Mini-Practice

• Introduction to energy points (focus areas used in IET)
• Guided self-clearing (or practitioner-led demo if in person)
• Optional partner work (if appropriate for your audience)

8:00 – 8:40 | Guided Imagery Session #2 (Release + Integration)

• Visualization focused on releasing stored emotions
• Reinforcing positive states and new patterns

8:40 – 8:55 | Integration + Sharing

• Reflection prompts: insights, sensations, shifts
• Practical ways to continue at home
