Join us monthly for Energy, Sound + Soul — an immersive combination of sound healing, meditation, and energy work.This practice creates an intentional container designed to help regulate your nervous system, moving you out of a state of stress and into rest and relaxation. Participants will receive a soothing flow of Reiki energy through each note played using a drum, ocean drum, crystal quartz bowls, and koshi chimes.

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR:
Aubrey Kyung is a Reiki Master, meditation & mindfulness teacher, yoga teacher, sound facilitator, and an intuitive messenger. As a multidimensional healer, ritualist, and guide, her work lives at the intersection of embodiment, ancestral healing, and energetic remembrance.
Aubrey’s healing journey has been less about “fixing” and more about remembering: the body’s intelligence, the soul’s resilience, and the guides who walk beside us. Reiki, sound, ritual, and somatic presence are not tools she applies, but practices she lives.
Aubrey’s work is deeply attuned to those who feel sensitive, different, exhausted by survival, or disconnected from their own inner knowing.
