The Salty Buddha PEABODY
A monthly offering at a space that’s my home studio, a community welcoming and open that seems like the perfect centerpiece for my work combining energy and sound vibrations.
Seventy five minutes to release, align and create through sound guided meditation and energy work, you’re invited to take what you need and create space for the day dreams, you’re most sacred prayer for all you’re working towards.
Know there is nothing you need to do, although I suggest no heavy caffeine or meals an hour before energy work.
Bring your mat & water and anything that brings you comfort in your practice. If you journal, lovely space to write after the sound bath when we start the slow wake up you’re invited to be where you need. Your mat, journal or big body stretch wherever you are called then we’ll close out our time together.
Bolsters, blankets, blocks provided.
*optional hands on energy work maybe offered to the group. Please if you have a strong no preference, see me before class.
It’s my intention to create a safe accessible space for all who come. Ideally lying down on your back to rest, however there are some spaces to sit at this location on the bench if needed. Be where you need to be and know we’re always here to welcome you home, to who you are at your core…
