This class is an introduction to practical, grounded ways of understanding and protecting your energetic field in daily life. Rooted in ancient cleansing traditions, we will explore how energy is influenced by environment, emotion, and interaction—and how to stay centered and clear in a world that can often feel overwhelming.

We’ll begin with education on foundational energetic hygiene practices, including simple daily rituals for clearing stagnant or heavy energy. Special attention will be given to empathic sensitivity—what it means to be an empath, how to recognize energetic overwhelm, and tools for maintaining healthy energetic boundaries without shutting down your natural intuition or compassion.

Participants will also learn about the history and traditional use of sage as a cleansing plant ally, along with respectful, intentional ways it has been used across cultures for energetic purification.

The experiential portion of the class will guide you in creating your own personalized sage bundle. You’ll select supportive herbs and elements, set intention, and craft a bundle that reflects your unique energetic needs and spiritual practice.

This is a hands-on, educational, and reflective space designed to help you leave with both understanding and a tangible tool you can incorporate into your daily life.
