Energy in Motion | Movement, Sound and Reiki Healing

This donation-based workshop is designed to help you connect with your body, release tension, and restore balance.

Through gentle movement, sound healing, and guided meditation with Reiki activation, we’ll create a safe space for relaxation and renewal.

This session is open to all levels and focuses on fostering a deeper connection to yourself and your inner calm in a supportive community setting.

Street parking is available on Sundays.

The location is wheelchair accessible.

A donation-based therapeutic art event is being hosted directly before this one-hour workshop, so please feel welcome to sign up for that one also. Places are limited.
