Energy Healing in Practice - Learning to Use Energy Healing on Yourself and Others
Many of us instinctively place our hands on areas of discomfort when we are in pain, stressed, or seeking comfort. This workshop explores how conscious awareness, breath, visualization, and intention can be used to enhance that natural healing response.
During this two-hour experience, you will learn how to become more aware of your own energy, how to move it through the body using the breath and focused intention, and how to access states of deep relaxation that support healing and well-being. You will also learn simple, practical energy healing techniques that can be used for self-care as well as with family, friends, and loved ones.
This is a hands-on workshop where participants will have the opportunity to practice energy healing techniques with a partner, learning how to give and receive healing energy in a safe, supportive environment.
No prior experience is necessary—only curiosity and an open mind.
**Participants are asked to bring a yoga mat, eye mask, pillow, notebook and pencil, and their own water bottle to support their comfort and full participation in the experience.
