Open your heart to your authentic SelfCome join me for my next Energy Healing Circle where we connect to the highest energetic vibration of unconditional love and let us guide from there to support your personal healing Journey.
We will work with the tools and skills from a method called Theta Healing which is similar to Reiki. We will ground ourselves first, after you will be guided into a meditative state and will receive your healing in silence, no sharing circle will be held before or after the session.
This 90 min Healing Circle will focus on energetic blockages, stresses and unhealthy boundaries around relationships - to others and ourselves.
If you
- struggle to connect yourself to your Intuition
- are afraid to communicate and show up for yourself in a authentic, unique way
- feel emotionally isolated
- experience sufferings in your relationships ( familial or any kind of couple, friends,
work) and want to shift towards more loving connections
- have the feeling of not being able to open yourself truly up to others
- struggle to apply healthy boundaries
- are aware of some limiting beliefs like " I am not lovable" "I am not worthy of love"and want to release them
- struggle with your self esteem, your self love and tend to over criticize yourself in your inner dialogue
