Energy Healing 101

Join Reiki Master and Ancestral Shaman Blaire Caplan on a journey through your spiritual energy system.

We’ll start our class with a guided meditation before we set our individual and collective intentions for the afternoon. Then we’ll spend our time learning about the seven main chakras in our body: the root, sacral, solar plexus, heart, throat, third eye, and crown chakras.

You will learn more about each energy point, the difference between aligned and misaligned chakras, and how to nurture each chakra in your own energy system.

You may also receive channeled messages and “sacred assignments” aka homework from our in house Shaman to carry into the next chapter of your healing journey.

This is an open, authentic, welcoming, and psychologically safe space for you to get curious about energy work and your personal healing journey. This is an opportunity to both ask questions and share your own wisdom and personal experiences.
