Energy Flow - Sound Journey

Come join us for an evening of relaxation and rejuvenation at Spirit of Hope Lutheran Church in Mesa, AZ, USA. This guided sound journey, led by Scott Harris, combines movement, breath, sound, and mantra meditation to enhance the flow of energy through the mind-body circuit. By balancing the nervous system, sound vibration can help reduce stress and tension that is the norm for many people in today’s hyper-stimulated lifestyle. This interactive session will conclude with a wonderful crystal singing bowl sound bath meditation, which can help release things like emotions and fears you may have been holding onto for some time. All experience levels welcome. Please bring a yoga mat and blanket and wear comfortable clothing.
