Sometimes when I meet a person, I have the feeling that the words exchanged only express an incomplete reality. The more words I add, the less connected I feel to others. It’s like I’m missing the reality of the present moment, the feeling, the intimacy, the depth. The meeting of our two souls seems incomplete.
You look at a tree, you know what a tree is and yet, the dimensions of the tree are much larger than it seems, its leaves all different, its buried, invisible roots, the birds that inhabit it, the air that it purifies, the smell of the mushrooms that colonize it, the storms and droughts endured, the broken branches, how does this tree communicate and with whom?
The roughness of its bark, the energy it emits, its life as a tree. Then one day, you go to the forest and you come across this tree, you sit against its trunk, feel its vibration, listen to its leaves rustle in the breeze, a bird shit on your hat.
Words distance us from the experience of incarnation through their rationality.
They carry an immobile and filtered truth for centuries, serving the past and the future, they nourish dreams and memories.
Through words we cover the intimate and the authentic with a protective veil. Words are useful to give an explanation and to represent an element, but again, is it enough or are they too much? How can I be satisfied with words to live with the heart?
The words, directly linked to the mind, to cerebral work, translate with their long sentences the fears and beliefs that rehash themselves endlessly.
They are of no use when it comes to feeling, experiencing and embodying life.
Welcome to experience the encounter beyond words through the energy of life.
Embodying your life, making you adventurers, this is the intention of the series of workshops that I am putting in place. First in the series:
THE ENERGY MEETING / DATING
What to expect?
1 This workshop is a shared creation of dynamics that awaken the energy of the body and the heart. The invitation is to connect to them, feel them and listen to them.
2 The process is natural which means that the meeting is based on our emotions and sensations and not on the basis of a superficial approach of emphasizing the ego.
In short, no flirting. So it’s not about proving yourself or performing in any way but about being yourself.
During the session, different exercises will be offered in pairs or in groups.

Joy and good humor are on the agenda!
Security :
The day takes place under the sign of non-judgment, consent (this aspect will be developed and repeated during the session), confidentiality, presence, attention to others and respect. No alcohol, no substances of any kind, just free water.
Everyone is invited to simplicity and authenticity.
During the talking circles, you will have the opportunity to share and listen to what others are sharing.
The more sincere and true you are, the more you feel grounded and appreciated for who you are.
The exercises proposed will provoke, create challenges, open windows of consciousness. This is what you are here for, to experience reality with a real partner.
Sometimes the exercises will confront you with the darker parts of your being, provoking emotions or even connecting you directly to your inner child. This is what will make this day very rich.
Learning to receive a yes or a no is also an experience that you can approach with complete kindness. It is not always easy to be refused contact but it is the first step towards recognizing the other, their otherness.
What is our intention in organizing this energetic meeting circle?
That of bringing people together so that they meet energetically, naturally and authentically.
This may involve meeting a partner, a friend or even oneself during the different exercise suggestions.
Prepare a space that is as safe as possible to accommodate.
For whom:
The energy meeting circle is a workshop for those who wish to meet differently: energetically. It is aimed at women and men, in a relationship or not.
What to bring:
Big socks or slippers, a small snack to share, water in a bottle, a blanket, a cushion and blindfold.
From 1 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
