Energy Cultivation + Sound Healing (4 Golden Wheels Qigong + Sound Bath)

This is an experiential workshop designed to help you significantly reduce stress, anxiety, or overwhelm, and leave at the end with more energy—feeling vibrant and refreshed. We’ll use the Four Golden Wheels energy cultivation techniques I learned from my teacher, Robert Peng, along with Sound Therapy, breathing, and relaxation techniques to reduce stress and rejuvenate. We’ll then close the evening with a powerful group healing and a nourishing sound bath to help integrate what you’ve cultivated.

With an extensive background in healing modalities such as acupuncture, sound healing, yoga, breathwork, and Qi Gong, Eddie Vernon brings an integrated, compassionate approach to his work as a therapist and educator.
