Energy Clearing Workshop

Come join us for an Energy Clearing Workshop at YogaSix Minnetonka with Brittany and Nina! This in-person event will be an evening of intentional movement and energetic reset. This 90-minute workshop begins with a moderate vinyasa flow designed to balance and align all seven chakras. Through mindful sequencing and breath, we’ll open energetic pathways and release what no longer serves you.

The practice will close with deeply restorative postures accompanied by Reiki healing, offering an opportunity to ground, integrate, and receive. You’ll leave feeling lighter, centered, and renewed.

No prior Reiki experience is needed. All levels are welcome.
