Energy Balancing Meditation

Join us for our weekly mediative relaxation group, where together we bring balance to our body, mind and emotions through simple and time-tested schemas taught by The Servers' Society UK.

The group takes place every Sunday from 6 to 8 pm, and is a perfect way to end your weekend and prepare for the coming week. Attendees are welcome to stay for energy balancing movements, an open discussion and refreshments.
