Learn the new Nia routine- Energi! Great for all levels of experience. No previous Nia experience necessary. Beginners are encouraged! From 9-10:45am, we'll spend time listening to the music, breaking down the moves without the music and then learning them with the music. From 11-noon, we'll enjoy the full class experience of Energi.
The focus of Energi is Flow Motion, which is recognized as Flow State as we experience it in Nia. Come to the whole workshop including the class experience of Energi. You can also choose to come to just the Learn segment or just the class.
