In this process you will learn to really feel the resonance of a FULL BODY YES & the sacred power of your NO at new levels. In activating consent and choice all throughout your chakra system you will discover that the energy courses through you in a completely new and exquisite way. How to prepare for this journey:

• Wear comfortable clothing & bring layers to regulate your temperature. We will have blankets and if you know you get cold easily during meditation journeys dress accordingly.
• Bring a bottle of water & a journal if you like to take notes about your meditation journeys
• Eye Masks will be provided
