01. Basic (Beginners/Entry Level): Building a consistent Running Base - Aiming to complete their first 5k, 7.5k or 10k.
02. Intermediate: Improving speed, efficiency and increasing distance - Aiming for a faster 5k, 7.5k, 10k or Half Marathon Time
03. Advanced: High-Level performance alongside tackling the extreme distances - Focusing on Marathon, Ultra Distance(50k) or specific Competitive targets.
