About this Event
This field trip is for Heartland Charter School students and their families.
Celebrate the End-of-the-Year with an Entrepreneur Fair. This is project-based learning at its finest! Your student can plan, make, and sell items of their choice. All Heartland families are invited to shop. Please read the information handout from your HST.
Students interested in selling must sign up on Sign-Up Genius.
Please be sure to have a standing sign to advertise your booth, what you are selling, and prices of the items. Parents will help their student secure their money. For example, the student could wear a fanny pack or a parent could manage the cashbox. Please bring your own change to make change when selling your products.

We encourage families to turn in a sample that is linked to the field trip that you attended during your next learning period. It helps to ensure that we can continue to provide these trips and their educational value.
Heartland field trips are designed for families to attend together. Students need to be accompanied by an adult chaperone. If your student will be attending with another family, please indicate this when you register your student and let the field trip host know once you complete your registration. Any student that is registered without a chaperone will have their reservation canceled unless the family reaches out to the field trip lead and lets them know which registered chaperone will be responsible for their student.
**To ensure the health and safety of all attendees, please do not attend a field trip if you, your student(s), or anyone in your household is ill or showing possible signs of illness.**
Can I pay using my funds? This field trip is FREE!
Does this trip have any height, weight, and/or age restrictions? All ages are welcome.
What are the check-in procedures? Check-in at the table close to the parking lot. Entrepreneurs should arrive at 10:30 to set up. Attendees can arrive at 11:00.
Is there on-site parking available? Free.
Can we pack snacks or lunch for this event or field trip? No.
Please do not bring food that contains peanuts to any Heartland event.
