Here’s a few DETAILS on how to survive the Amazing Night

1. The Experience begins at 4:30pm ! PLEASE BE ON TIME. FOR FULL ACCESS & ENJOYMENT.
2. EVENT WILL END AT 10:50p Give Us time to clean and make sure everyone is safely on their way home.
3. FULL NAME MUST BE ON LIST BEFORE EVENT…(ID)
4. This is a ECO-Friendly Luxury Building with Vintage-Modern ambience.
5. NO SMOKING. NO VAPES. SORRY
6. Please treat our Venue as if it were YOUR own Home.
7. No breaking or destruction of property.
8. NO SMOKING ALLOWED. NO BUD. NO HOOKAH !
9. Please! If you are someone who gets belligerently drunk and or becomes disrespectful when under the influence the Building Security and Police will send you home. There will be no warning. This is a celebration and a safe space for the People.
10. If you are traveling NOT by car and are coming from the city. Your easiest option is to take the train 6train or 2 train. It is HIGHLY encouraged to car pool and/or Uber. I do not want any DUIs. Thank you.
