🌿 Yoga in Nature Presents🌿End of Season Celebration
🌈 7 Chakras • 7 Teachers • 1 Flow
Join us for a deeply intentional 90-minute yoga practice guided by our 7 unique Yoga in Nature teachers, each embodying and leading a sequence inspired by one of the 7 chakras — from root to crown. Expect movement, breath, stillness, and reflection as we journey up the energetic body together.
💆 Followed by:
A grounding Sound Bath & Relaxation session to seal in the energy, rest the nervous system, and fully integrate the experience.
Raffle:
This is an event by donation. Donate towards the class and put your name into our raffle. Prices will include some Breathing in Nature swag and other cool yoga and wellness items! Donations can be made via e-transfer to [email protected] or with cash at the event.
🥗 Potluck Picnic:
Let’s feast, laugh, and celebrate in community! Bring a dish or snack to share, a plate, and your joyful spirit.

Yoga mat or blanket
Water bottle
Food or drink to contribute
Reusable plate/utensils
An open heart 💚

Whether you've practiced with us all season or you're new to Yoga in Nature, this is a celebration for everyone. Come move, breathe, connect, and give thanks for this beautiful season together. We'll be in our usual High Park Yoga spot by the Nature Centre.
