Join us for a peaceful and rejuvenating experience as we close out Pride Month with a special sound bath meditation and healing circle.**

What to Expect:

7:15pm - Guided Meditation - Immerse yourself in a calming guided meditation session held outdoors.

7:45pm Sound Bath - Experience the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and other instruments.

8:00Healing Circle- Share your experiences, connect with others, and embrace the community.

8:45pm Closing affirmations.

**What to Bring**

- A yoga mat and/or blanket

- Water bottle

- Optional Small Pillow, journal & pen.

- Comfortable clothing

- An open heart and mind
