Nurses spend more time with patients and families facing the end of life than any other health professional. Expert nursing care has the potential to greatly reduce the burden and distress of patients and families at end of life. This conference will teach practical skills and strategies needed for tough conversations with patients and their families.
Target audience: Nurses, Advanced Practice Providers (social workers, chaplains also benefit).
