A sound bath is an immersive sound healing meditative journey ?Using crystal singing bowls and other instruments, frequencies and vibrations are created in sound waves that ‘wash’ over you. This enchanting candlelit sound bath meditation offers you the chance to relax, heal the mind, release tension and open blocked energy channels.
Deanna Pagliaccio, founder of Divine Light Healing, will guide you through this transformational journey under the calming light of *candles. As you receive the vibrations of the harmonious sounds, you will let go of stress, making space to connect with yourself at a deeper level and prepare yourself for the holiday season.
This experience is for adults, teens and pre-teens. Registration is required. Warm and comfortable clothing is recommended. There is no movement in this workshop only relaxation!
I highly recommend that you bring whatever will make you more comfortable and warm such as your own cozy blankets and pillow for your head.
The studio supplies a yoga mat but you may want to add your own on top for an extra layer of comfort. The studio provides a blanket, bolster and eye mask.
*please note, only 100% pure beeswax candles are used, no paraffin wax or chemicals + battery operated candles
