Lughnasadh, named after the Celtic god Lugh, is a time of gratitude, abundance, and reflection. This festival marks the beginning of the harvest season, where we give thanks for the bountiful earth and the fruits of our labor. It’s a powerful moment to honor the cycles of nature, release what no longer serves us, and set intentions for the coming season.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Feng Shui, Lughnasadh aligns with the intermediate season, a transitional period associated with the Earth element. • Age Requirement: 12 and up (must be able to sit still for at least 90 minutes)

• A notebook and pen 📝, for notes or any insights you receive.
• Water 💧
• Optional: A blanket if you prefer to lay down during the sound healing (we recommend sitting up)
