After multiple sold out runs and award-winning performances, Enchanted Encounters brings you an exciting new production - ‘Songs of Van Gogh’, back in 2025 by popular demand!
This performance features the music of an undiscovered modern gem – “Dear Theo” by American composer Ben Moore, with texts derived from the original letters that Vincent Van Gogh wrote to his younger brother, Theo.
This highly emotional cycle offers you an unadulterated glimpse into 10 years of Vincent’s life, as he details his flying hopes and aspirations, whilst battling with his failing mental health.
The cycle will be paired with a fine selection of music inspired by the magical work of Kate Leslie, whose work will be on display in the gallery for the event, sung by Sophie Hamer (The Melba Opera Trust, WAO, POV).
Featuring a talented ensemble of performers, in the iconic FORM Gallery, this is a show not to be missed.
