Encanto Yoga with Ms. Ava

In this class, we will move, breathe, play, and relax with our friends from Encanto! We will sing songs, tell stories about our Encanto friends, and play games while we practice yoga! Children will develop strength, balance, flexibility, and self-regulation skills. This class is ideal for kids ages 2-5. Younger children are welcome to attend with a caregiver's help!
Ava Dussault is a first-grade special education teacher. She has been teaching children's yoga for five years and is the co-founder of 2MindfulGirls Kids Yoga. Ava is the author of two children's books, Renee Finds Her Calm and Renee Finds Her Inner Strength. She loves to incorporate mindful games and play into her classes!
